Return for change of mind

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed from the purchase, we can no longer offer you a refund or a replacement of the item purchased with another item.

To access the return process, your item must be unused and in the same conditions in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.

To complete the return, we request a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original conditions, damaged or returned after 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Only items at normal price can be refunded, items on promotion cannot be refunded.

Shipping charges are not refunded.

Refunds

Replacements

We replace items only if they are faulty or damaged during transport. To replace with the same item, send an e-mail to info@deavocado.it
