Shipping policy


We rely on specialist couriers and, by purchasing through our e-commerce site, you have the possibility to receive the product directly to your home within the established time and methods.



The Company organises the transport of the products to the address specified by the User. The Company delivers the purchased Products only to approved areas and indicated at the time of the order, compatibly with accessibility to the place of delivery. If not specifically agreed in writing the presence of the Registered User or of someone authorised by him is required to accept delivery at the address indicated in the order. The delivery service is guaranteed only for homes accessible by transport vehicles of the suppliers of the Company (for example, homes which are only reachable on dirt roads or exclusively pedestrian roads are excluded).
Upon delivery of the goods, the User, or the person authorised by the latter, will be required to verify that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered. Any damage to the packaging and/or Products must be immediately contested by the User, placing on the delivery document of the Transporter, subject to inspection and specifying the reason for this (for example “Torn packaging,” “Tampered packaging”). For any anomalies found on the Products, other than those due to the physiological deterioration of food products or to the mere imperfection in the packaging, the User may nevertheless contact the Company by writing to specifying the anomaly and documenting it with photographic material.
The Company is not responsible for any delays during transport.
